Charles E. Donneberg, Jr.

Charles began ministry as the custodian for his local church and went on to teach new converts.  That teaching experience was the turning point in Chuck's ministry.  Over the years, he has shared his heart and the love of Jesus from pulpits and lecterns up and down the east coast.  During the 1980's, he was the associate director of a conference center and taught adults and youth in the thousands.  The shape of his ministry changed with the inception of "His Touch Ministries".  He is now involved in teaching from his home as well as in churches, retreat facilities, and conference centers.  He has discipled men with a desire to know God better and has been caring for men, couples, families and teens over his 25 years of ministry.  He holds both a BS and an MA in Religion with a counseling concentration from Liberty University and is a licensed and ordained minister.

Jo Donneberg

Jo has been actively ministering with Chuck for over 9 years.  She has studied the Scriptures and received training in counseling and leadership.  She has spoken at several ladies retreats and conferences.  She has been called and equipped by God to minister to those areas unique to women.  Through His Touch Ministries she has been counseling with couples, women and young ladies.  She is personally interested in the strengthening of the home by teaching women Biblical roles of wife and mother.

Chuck and Jo are both Prepare / Enrich certified.  Chuck has received training and certification in the Adjective Checklist as well.  His Touch Ministries, Inc. is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

A Board of Directors who shares a vision for the reformation of the family governs HTM.

Chuck and Jo are committed to sharing the Truth in love.  They model what they teach within their own marriage and family.  Together they are raising two teenage daughters.  Brittany and Allie are also a part of HTM as they provide childcare for the children of those Chuck and Jo counsel.

Chuck and Jo have the goal of one day having a retreat center where those hurt, recovering, or stressed out can come to receive the refreshment of His Touch.
